Quest Commercial is a real estate counselor,
otherwise called a "Buyer Broker" in that we provide advise and
services exclusively to clients seeking to acquire real estate.
If
you or your organization seeks to acquire one or more properties in New Jersey,
we can help you thoughtfully analyze your requirements, refine your search
criteria, and estimate results.
With a
clear Search Plan determined, we then locate acquisition candidates, using
sources sometimes unavailable to our clients, such as our network of 20 years,
tax lien and non performing mortgage data, commercial search resources, and
PINZ, our proprietary real estate database of every parcel in New Jersey.
We
help analyze the properties, and negotiate with the sellers. (However we are not
engineers, environmental consultants, nor attorneys).
Quest
offers you the ability to remain anonymous during your search and negotiations.
Quest works on both a retainer and contingency fee
basis. In some situations the most viable retainer arrangement involves a
periodic retainer fee against commission to be earned, which enables us to
invest significant resources on searches, knowing the client is as committed as
we are to an acquisition.
Previously, we
successfully helped a major retailer develop, and execute, a strategy to enter
the Northeast US Market, including the engagement of local brokers in several
states. This strategy included malls, CBDs and highway commercial locations.
Quest also helped a transportation company secure a facility in 3 months, after
they searched in vain almost one year. Quest helped an investor acquire a pool
of real estate tax liens, at substantial discounts, under the Jones Act.
Quest
is ready, willing and able to help you meet your real estate objectives, whether
these are for your own use or as investments. Our small staff insures focus,
discretion, and exceptional service and results.
